I just keep clicking left mouse button until someone dies. Tis all.

Is dying a style? If so, I think I'm skilled enough at that I can write a guide about it!

This. But depending on how strategic you are, DBF CAN beat TBF. Like when I versed Wuan and dropped him with only using dbf. What a shame, he ego'd outta it by saying PUSS /ragequit.

Who is "Wuan" anyways? O_o Sounds like some random TBFer so stop naming him like he matters, we're more egotistical than that.

Well let's see.... DBF is the best since anyone can beat a TBF with any version of a BF. Because the TBFers usually are concentrated on getting the slashes in. You just have to do a quick dash and some voiding and TBF is beat. With what Hesa said, yes that is basically the only way to win with TBF unless you can dash with it like me. ;D

It all depends. If you're fighting someone tbfing that isn't using angles then yes, they're easy to kill. Someone useing proper angles and dashing with tbf wouldn't be such easy prey. Plus, tbf is more of a barrage attack for when you lock someone. I wouldn't use it to move around or start a combo.

a well executed BF can beat anything, because you can pull it out at any point in the jump rather than in the DBF and TBD where you have certain timing...whip out a BF to interrupt the DBF/TBF...timing remains everything :P shotgun to the face makes all of it not matter

Each to their own, I've seen people using BF beat people using TBF, I've seen TBF beat DBF and BF. I've seen DBF do the same, I've seen BF do the same. To be honest, it was me that did all of that. My point is, it depends on the player, not the move. All these opinions mean shiet.

Its not how fast your fingers move, its how quick you can think.  If you watch a tbfer carefully, what is unique about his tbf? is it all over the place? or is it all in one jump? does he ever dash? is he prone to flipping and capturing you? If you can observe all these things (sometimes youll need to sacrifice a life or someone elses to figure it out) and find counter measures you can defeat them.  A tbf which is all over the place and depends on dashing to stay in the air can easily be interrupted with a well placed slash.  Whether they depend on a ground slash or keep it in the air is also another thing to watch for.  Ground slashing is a great way to start tbfing but that leaves them very vulnerable and makes it hard to block if you hit them in the middle of it.  If he looks a certain way (up or down or straight) you can probably figure out the right angle to make him block-flinch.  if hes prone to capturing and flipping, then you need to keep your distance and try a simple jousting technique, waiting til theyre close then dash and block to get behind them and slash them from behind, or massive if you have the shot.  Also, keep the enviroment in mind and use it to your advantage (and keep them from using it to theirs).

... oops. i think i just wrote a tbf guide XD

Let a person TBF or quadruple bf all they want to. I couldn't care less. It's all about technique an physical context. It's all for show. A well-concentrated BF is good enough for me.

I do believe that Tbf is quicker then a bf in every aspect, tbf you do 3 slashes in one jump which means you will be hit 3 times before one bf hits.

Also, Bruce lee jabs 3 times in one. so, tbf > bf

Kalidor's post was pretty much on the dot. I am usually fine with fighting the novelty breed of tbf'ers, but there really are people who can stalk/angle while tbf'ing and they are usually at a clear advantage when they can throw out the 3 slashes and pass your block. Although I'm no hardcore dbf'er, I'd have trouble believing a pure dbf'er would defeat a pure tbf'er of the same level/tier of play. Although obviously anyone who cares to win a fight would use whatever tricks they have rather than relying on the same one.

BF is technically the slowest to slash. It very rarely hits slashing rates higher than 90 BPM while DBF hovers between 90 and 180 BPM. I timed mine and I hit around 150-160 BPM at my peak. TBF has to be at least 180-190 BPM to be rapidly successful, and around 200 to be able to add a dash.

Oh and before I forget to mention, DBF can be done as low as 60-70 BPM.

Lol, funny cause you guys are talking about different kinds of speed... Jodema's talking about movement speed, how many times you can jumpdashslashblock in a certain time, while you're talking about attack speed, slashes you pull out in a certain time. Just throwing that out there.

If we're talking dash speed of course BF is the fastest. If it lost out to DBF in speed then it'd be an obsolete move.

I have yet to meet one person in-game (un-clan related) whose DBF or TBF is faster than my BF. Simply put.
Of course you had to put, un-clan related ;P.

I can't believe how many people have forgotten about me and my sword ;[, geez.
Would I be considered a liar if I lied to myself? Would I be considered insane if I believed my own lies? I'd rather be insane than miserable.. Too bad I'm just insanely miserable at best.

My DBF is pretty fast, it's just that I tense up and slip most of the time. :P
I used to think I would be someone, but then I realized I would never be anything. When you look around and no one is there, it really shows you who you are. ~Em.
